10 TIPS FOR A Happier Life

Happiness is a significant part of a human life. What is happiness though?


Happiness is an attractive that Merriam-Webster's first definition of happiness is that of good destiny or prosperity. Though this can cause people to be happy I do not think of happiness as good destiny. I believe the second definition is more appropriate. Happiness is a state of well being and contentment otherwise well-known as joy.
There are 10 simple things that you can do to bring more happiness or joy into your life.
1.               Imagine what you want. Expend time each day thinking how you want your day to be. What do you want to accomplish? How do you want to feel? What do you want at the ending of your day?

2.               A proverb goes that health is wealth. Look after your body. You set yourself up for happiness by eating well and exercising habitually. Plan for wellness by planning when you are going to exercise and your meals previous to time. If you do not look after you, who will?

3.               Focus on the result. You will notice whatever you are focused on. This is why you do not want to stay on the problem. Instead, look for the result. There is always a result; you just have to be resolute enough to find it.

4.               Accept the present situation. Live in the present instant. You cannot be happy in the past and you cannot be happy in the future, you can only be happy right now. Focus on today.

5.               Be appreciative. Write down everything you are thankful for in your life. Everyday can be blessing. And always thanks to Allah for goodness.

6.               Give often. Giving to others can haul up your spirits. Give someone pleasure and you will receive delight in return. Always remember how you desire a well behavior from anyone; everyone wants so. 

7.               Smile more. All of your worries and troubles seem smaller when you are smiling. Give a smile - get a smile.

8.               Be sort. Take time to be understanding to everyone and will be kindness. Kindness is a Nobel act which will make you feel great. This is a fell of happiness.

9.               Locate time to be quiet. Spend time quieting your mind every day. You can do this by charming the time to be in nature, meditating or simply turning technology off.

10.            Link up with all friends and relatives. It is a communicable and brings joy to yourself and those around you. Attempt not to take life to seriously.
The great thing about most of these instructions is that they are reciprocal. When you do these things, you will get more and more pleasure in your life and you will bring happiness to others. Live your life to the fullest. Be happy!
